WE COME TO YOU!
We perform individualized assessments and then develop a treatment plan to help meet your goals. We utilize a variety of treatments including modalities to decrease pain, Manual therapy techniques to improve joint and tissue mobility, and therapeutic exercise to strengthen muscles and help restore functional mobility.
General health screenings
A clinician will take your vital signs and ask a series of questions pertaining to your lifestyle to determine your general health standing and if there is need to follow up with an specialist.
Gait analysis
A clinician will assess the way you walk through visual assessment as well as measurements of body movements, body mechanics, and the activity of the muscles to help diagnose gait abnormalities.
Orthopedic physical therapy
Treatment of acute or chronic pain, range of motion limitations, and/or strength deficits caused by injury to a muscle, bone, joint, or connective tissue.
Occupational therapy
Treatment of functional limitations in one’s ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs) to enable one to perform those activities safely and with less pain and difficulty.
Post-stroke rehabilitation and recovery
Treatment for patients who have suffered a stroke or TIA and have residual weakness, balance problems, or other symptoms as a result.
Cardiovascular rehabilitation
Treatment for patients who suffer from cardiovascular disease to help improve heart health, breathing pattern, and restore strength and endurance for activities such as walking and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Vestibular rehabilitation therapy
Treatment of balance problems and other issues caused by injury to the ear or vestibular system using specialized exercises that result in gaze and gait stabilization.
Preventative therapy
Measures to help prevent injury or a chronic condition. These measures include but are not limited to fall risk prevention, postural awareness education and lifting biomechanics training. These measures help to prevent chronic conditions such as obesity, obesity, low back pain and slow down the progression of degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis.
Durable medical equipment
A clinician makes a recommendation for adaptive equipment to help a patient perform a mobility function such as walking or activity of daily living (ADL) such as dressing self or toileting safely and with more ease. Durable medical equipment may also include braces and other supportive garments that are used to help decrease swelling, joint and muscle pain.
Health and wellness promotion
The offering of support and training services to patients in the pursuit of well-being in all dimensions of one’s life, including social, physical, emotional, occupational, intellectual, environmental and spiritual.
Fall risk education and prevention
Patient education and treatment interventions to help prevent a patient from sustaining a fall and all complications associated with falling.

Steps to a Successful Recovery
Step 1
Identify an INJURY or CONDTION
Step 2
Perform a PHYSICAL EXAMINATION to determine a DIAGNOSIS and identity limitations
Step 3
Discuss the PROGNOSIS: the predicted optimal level of improvement in function and the amount of time needed to reach that function.
Step 4
Set achievable, measurable, realistic, relevant GOALS and establish a timeframe for meeting those goals.
Step 5
Establish a PLAN OF CARE and provide patient EDUCATION about nature of present condition and the PLAN OF CARE
Step 6
Follow the plan of care by providing a therapeutic INTERVENTION
Step 7
Perform a RE-EVALUATION after a set timeframe to track PROGRESS towards goals. Modify the plan of care accordingly.
Step 8
DISCHARGE patient when the goals have been met or patient has reached the maximum benefit from the treatment interventions
